Borestone Music Weekend We're sorry, this activity has been cancelled.

Topics: Borestone Mountain | Trips

The acoustics are great, so pack your acoustic instrument and join Maine Guides, Gary Roberts and George Libby and musician Pam Weeks at Borestone Mountain Audubon Sanctuary for a weekend music workshop and song fest.  Located just south of Moosehead Lake, Borestone Mountain Audubon Sanctuary is a 1,600-acre North Woods preserve encompassing remarkable granite outcroppings and cliffs, clear mountain ponds, and old-growth forest stands carpeted by moss and lichen. On this weekend retreat we will stay in the sanctuary’s historic Adirondack-style lodges, which, accessible only by boat or on foot, lend an extra sense of remoteness and tranquility to this special place.

Weekend fee includes workshop, accommodations and meals.

Saturday workshop and concert only: $50 (bring your own lunch)
