Birding the Rachel Carson NWR with Glenn Evans

Topics: Chapters | Trips | Merrymeeting

The Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge was established to preserve ten important estuaries from Kittery to Cape Elizabeth that are key points along migration routes of waterfowl and other migratory birds. We will sample the refuge searching for migrating coastal shore and marsh birds.  Bring a snack/lunch and water.

Meet at Brunswick Hannaford, 6:30 am. For additional information or alternate meeting place, contact Glenn Evans 443-9652.
